Rebecca Grondel – MA, LMFT

Utah, Washington

My passion is working with couples, the foundation of the family. My belief is that the well being of each family member impacts the whole. This allows me the ability to work with varying ages and the unique problems impacting couples, individuals, and relationships within differing families. We are wired to connect, so naturally our greatest happiness and heartache often come from our relationships. Anxiety, depression, feelings of being stuck, loneliness, spiritual challenges, and communication issues are not weaknesses, they are experiences that remind us we are human and invite growth.

I work with those who struggle with negative self-talk, yet have a deep desire to be something more. Confronting anxiety, grief, and unmet expectations in yourself and loved opens the path to growth and becoming our authentic selves. This choice to do something different is yours! I would be honored to walk on your journey of discovery and transformation.

I have intimate familiarity with first responders, allowing me unique insight to support them and their families. I work with individuals, committed relationships, communication, affair repair, ongoing family and life transitions, postpartum depression, grief, anxiety, and other difficulties. I draw from AEDP, EFT, Gottman principles, and mindfulness.

Rebecca is also qualified as a mental health consultant for Behind the Badge Washington.
