Rebecca specializes in couples therapy as the foundation of the family. She works with individuals across varying ages addressing relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and grief. Her approach incorporates AEDP, EFT, Gottman principles, and mindfulness. She has intimate familiarity with first responders and serves as a mental health consultant for Behind the Badge Washington. She addresses communication issues, affair repair, postpartum depression, and life transitions.
