Individual Therapy in
Utah and Washington
One-on-one sessions with a compassionate licensed therapist
A Private Space to Understand Yourself More Deeply
Individual therapy is a confidential, one-on-one process where you and your therapist work together to explore what's keeping you stuck: anxiety, old wounds, relationship patterns, or a season of life that feels unmanageable.
It isn't about being broken or needing to be fixed. It's about getting a clearer picture of your inner world and building the skills to navigate it with more confidence, steadiness, and self-compassion.
Our licensed therapists tailor each session to you, drawing on evidence-based approaches to help you identify barriers, process difficult emotions, and create lasting change at a pace that feels right.
You Don't Have to Navigate This Alone
People come to individual therapy for many different reasons. Some arrive in crisis; others simply know something needs to shift. Whatever brings you in, we meet you there. Common areas we work through include:
- Anxiety & worry
- Depression & low mood
- Trauma & PTSD
- Grief & loss
- Life transitions
- Postpartum & perinatal support
- Chronic illness & pain
- Relationship patterns
- Self-worth & identity
- Emotional dysregulation
- Work stress & burnout
- Anger management
Honest, Collaborative Work at Your Pace
Sessions are 50 minutes and held in a warm, non-judgmental environment. Meet in person at one of our seven locations or via telehealth from anywhere in Utah or Washington.
Your first session is about getting to know you: what's happening, what's mattered, and what you're hoping for. From there, your therapist will help you build a clear picture of the patterns at play and the skills that will actually make a difference for your specific situation.
Over time, the work tends to create a deeper sense of self-awareness, steadier emotions, and a stronger capacity to handle whatever life brings. Not by eliminating difficulty, but by changing your relationship to it.
