AMFT

Hurricane, UT

I am Ethan Stratton, AMFT, offering both in-person and telehealth services. I work with families, couples, teens, parents, and children, supporting clients through challenges such as relationship conflict, trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and concerns related to intimacy and pornography. I draw from Narrative Therapy, Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy (IBCT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help individuals and families better understand their experiences, strengthen relationships, and move toward meaningful change.

My approach is collaborative, empathetic, and relationship-centered. I prioritize creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their stories at their own pace and process past experiences that may be hindering growth. With over seven years of experience helping reunite parents and teens, I believe that healing happens most powerfully within supportive, connected relationships. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a trauma-focused approach that uses principles similar to EMDR to help resolve past wounds.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and children, especially playing hide and seek, teaching a college class, going to the gym, and connecting with friends outdoors or through games. I encourage prospective clients to reach out and see if working together feels like a good fit, as a strong therapeutic connection is an essential part of the healing process.
