Teen and Adolescent Therapy in
Utah and Washington
A safe, supportive space for teens to grow through life's hardest seasons
Support for the Unique Challenges Teens Face
Adolescence is one of the most complex and emotionally demanding stages of life. Teens are navigating identity, peer relationships, academic pressure, and a constant stream of social media input, often without the tools to process any of it.
Our licensed therapists create a judgment-free space where teens feel heard, respected, and equipped with real skills to manage what they're going through. We work collaboratively with teens and their families to support lasting growth.
We understand that teens don't always want to be in therapy. Our goal is to earn their trust first and build from there, at a pace that works for them.

Therapy That Meets Teens Where They Are
We know teens don't always open up easily — especially to adults. Our therapists are trained to build authentic connection with adolescents and work at their pace. Sessions are collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each individual teen's needs and personality.
We also believe families play an important role in a teen's healing. When appropriate, we involve parents and guardians in the process to strengthen communication and support at home.
Services are available in-person at our Utah and Washington locations, as well as via telehealth statewide.

Yes, teen therapy is confidential within legal and safety limits. Therapists are required to report information that suggests the teen is at risk of harming themselves or others, but day-to-day session content remains private.
Parent involvement varies. For younger teens we often include parents in some sessions. For older teens, individual sessions are usually more effective, though we may check in with parents periodically. We'll explain how this works during the intake.
Teens need to feel heard and respected — not lectured. Our therapists build genuine rapport with adolescents and meet them where they are. Sessions are confidential, which helps teens open up more freely.
