She specializes in evidence-based modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS/Parts Work), DBT, and CBT. Her therapeutic focus areas encompass trauma recovery, spiritual/religious deconstruction, and relationship transitions such as divorce and blended family dynamics. She serves both adults and adolescents seeking greater self-awareness and emotional healing. She is also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
