My passion for this work is grounded in a genuine love for people. I value the opportunity to build relationships where clients feel safe, respected, and empowered. With a background in family life education and therapy, I enjoy collaborating and sharing meaningful tools to support families, couples, young adults, and teens in feeling more connected in their relationships. My experience includes working with parenting, communication, and relationship challenges; neurodivergence, including Autism and ADHD; blended family dynamics; and the intersection of LGBTQ and faith. I'm here to help you draw on your strengths to navigate difficulties, deepen connection, and feel more grounded in your life and relationships.
