St. George, UTI'm passionate about helping people strengthen their relationships, understand their emotions, and navigate challenges with greater clarity and confidence. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I bring warmth, humor, and deep respect for each person's unique story. With years of experience in education, I understand the power of safe spaces, thoughtful conversations, and meaningful support. Growth happens when we feel safe enough to be both honest and vulnerable. I create an environment where laughter, tears, and dumb jokes are all welcomed.
While I enjoy working with a wide range of individuals, I do my best work with young adults navigating life changes and with women in seasons of transition, including pregnancy, motherhood, identity shifts, or relationship changes. I also find faith exploration deeply meaningful and support clients as they reconstruct, deconstruct, or engage intentionally with belief.
Outside of therapy, my husband and I share a love for pottery, biking, thrifting, family vacations, and collecting children's books. I work to cultivate balance and connection in my own life, the same things I hope to help clients find in theirs. Wherever your journey leads, you deserve support. If we're a good fit, I'd be honored to walk with you.
