Embarking on the journey of therapy is a courageous act of self-love, and I am proud of you for taking this meaningful step. I view therapy as a classroom where we navigate everything from unhealed trauma to everyday obstacles that shape our life journeys. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they begin to move towards healing and growth.
With a background as a Registered Nurse for 29 years, my passion for caring for people has been a guiding force in my career. Early on, I recognized the deep connection between physical and mental well-being. This realization has led me seamlessly into the role of a therapist, where I find deep fulfillment in assisting individuals, couples, teens, families, healthcare professionals, those grappling with chronic health conditions and caregiver fatigue. I also have experience with faith transitions, LGBTQ families, and military families.
I have been happily married to my husband for 30+ years, and we have two sons and a daughter-in-law. In my spare time, you’ll find me enjoying Southern Utah by riding my e-bike along scenic trails or taking walks with my dogs. I believe in the holistic integration of mind, body, and spirit, and I look forward to joining you on your path to self-discovery and well-being.
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and I am Gottman trained in couples therapy. My commitment to professional growth reflects my dedication to offering my clients the highest level of care.
