Cami Jo Wilde

I use a client-centered approach to help individuals process trauma and cultivate more compassionate, connected relationships—with themselves and with others. My goal is to support clients in developing greater self-awareness, clarity, and peace, empowering them to move forward in their lives with confidence and purpose.

I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS/Parts Work), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I’m passionate about supporting adults and teens as they navigate major life transitions such as spiritual or religious deconstruction, trauma recovery, and changes within relationships and families—including divorce, co-parenting, and blended family dynamics.

I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, heal, and develop practical tools to meet their unique goals. I work with individuals who may feel isolated in their struggles and are seeking greater connection, balance, and self-understanding.
